MikroDozer™

mikrodozer1 mikrodozer2 mikrodozer3

The MikroDozer™ systems are the most versatile on the market, giving you the flexibility you need to choose the correct system for your job requirements and can be used to control any model of dozer. You can start with a simple and economical Manual Display System and upgrade in stages to a fully automated 3D system with GPS or Total Station.

Benefits:

  • Optimises your work accurately and efficiently
  • Improves the operating accuracy of your construction equipment meaning less re-work therefore reducing the wear and tear on your machine and reducing fuel costs for your machine
  • Reduces the unnecessary work represented by stakes, string lines and checkers
  • Increases productivity and reduces the time spent on each job
  • One man and his machine can carry out the majority of earth moving jobs without an assistant, day or night

The MikroDozer™ systems are versatile solutions made to fit your needs, wherever bulk earthwork or fine grading is done you'll find MikroDozer™ systems doing the job. The systems can be used with a range of sensors allowing you to choose the best measuring technology for the job.

We at Centrehelm are here to give you the best advice on the system you require, our systems start with the simple and manual display system and can be upgraded in stages to the 3D MikroDozer™ system with GPS or total station:

Simple & Economical Manual Display System

As with all our MikroDozer™ systems this laser based system is built around the CB4 control box. The operator must manually move the blade up or down to maintain grade. He must also work in the same direction of the slope. The bright guide lights and displays on the CB4 control box will guide the driver to maintain the correct height and slope of the blade.

The system comprises:

  • CB4 Control Box
  • CS4-D Cross-Slope Sensor
  • MD10 Laser Sensor on Manual Mast
  • ML4 Dual Slope Construction Laser

This is ideal for contractors who are looking for an economical yet accurate and versatile system that will increase job site profitability by getting to grade in fewer passes.

Benefits:

  • Easy to afford
  • Simple to use
  • Eliminates grade-checkers, re-work and idle machine time
  • Ideal for Levelling Large Areas such as Car Parks, Factory Floors and Embankments

Automatic Grade Control for High Accuracy Grading.

To increase accuracy and ease workload on the driver during fine grading operations an automated MikroDozer™ system will provide automatic control of both lift and tilt, to position the cutting edge at the precise elevation. With the addition of an extra mast and laser sensor the driver will be able to work independent of slope direction.

The system comprises:

  • CB4 Control Box
  • Two EM4 Electrical Masts
  • Two MD10 Laser Sensors
  • Mikrofyn Automatic Hydraulic Control
  • ML4 Dual Slope Construction Laser

This is ideal for contractors who want to further increase their machine productivity working with the highest possible accuracy.

Benefits:

  • Automatic control of tilt and lift allows the driver to focus on material control, ensuring further job site cost savings
  • The automatic system will further minimise material overruns, eliminating re-work and excessive material usage to improve bottom line profitability
  • Corrections calculated in <1/1000sec to control the hydraulics
  • Ideal for grading where high accuracy is required including flat or sloping surfaces in one or two directions i.e. roads

3D MikroDozer™ System with GPS or Total Station.

The 3D MikroDozer™ System will completely alter the way you know earthmoving and fine grading, it will bring the design surfaces and alignments inside the cab. You will no longer be dependent on survey markers, strings or lasers and you can work independently anywhere on the design surface guided by GPS or a robotic total station.

The system comprises:

  • CB4 Control Box
  • CS4-D Cross-Slope Sensor
  • EM4 Electrical Mast or Manual Mast
  • Mikrofyn Automatic Hydraulic Control
  • GPS or Robotic Total System

This is ideal for construction of complex terrain models such as golf courses and large landfills.

Benefits:

  • GPS is ideal for bulk earthworks and larger site preparation accurate to 30mm
  • A robotic total station accurate to 10mm will be the ideal choice for final fine grading
  • Eliminates setting out stakes or string lines for roads and embankments
